Selling storage units that are past due in rent. As of this posting there are approximate 20 units to be sold Some of these may be paid up before sale date.
We plan to sell each unit as one lot, however auction company reserves the right to pull items and sell them separately if it is deemed to be best for the storage company.
A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to all sales.
A $50.00 refundable clean out fee will be collected at the time each unit is purchased. This fee will be returned when the unit is cleaned. Winning bidder must remove all items from each unit purchased and sweep out the unit by 6 pm Monday the 23rd of December.
Cash only payment will be collected immediately after each unit is sold.
